Welcome to Next Level Therapist. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of www.nextleveltherapist.com.au, our Kajabi platform, online courses, digital products, coaching, and community (collectively, the “Services”).

By purchasing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please do not use the Services.

2) Definitions

  • Content means all course materials, videos, downloads, templates, worksheets, handouts, community posts, and resources we provide.

  • Offer means the product package you purchase (course, bundle, membership, coaching, etc).

  • Community means our Kajabi Community space and any related groups, discussions, or live sessions.

  • You/your means the person purchasing or using the Services.

 

3) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our Services.

You may be required to create an account to access purchased content. You are responsible for:

  • keeping login details secure

  • all activity under your account

  • ensuring your email address is correct

4) Purchases, Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe/PayPal). You agree to provide accurate billing details.

We may update pricing at any time, however changes will not affect purchases already completed.

 

5) Digital Delivery & Instant Access

Most Offers provide instant access to digital content once payment is successful.

You acknowledge that when you purchase an Offer, access may be delivered immediately and you are responsible for ensuring the Offer is suitable before purchase.

 

6) NO REFUNDS Policy (Please Read Carefully)

All sales are final. Next Level Therapist does not offer refunds for digital products, online courses, communities, memberships, coaching, or downloadable materials, including for change of mind, incorrect purchase, lack of use, or accidental purchase.

 

Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a remedy if a product/service:

  • has a major fault

  • is not as described

  • is not fit for purpose

  • cannot be delivered within a reasonable time

7)Payment Plans & Failed Payments

If you purchase using a payment plan, you agree to complete all instalments.

If a payment fails or is cancelled:

  • your access may be paused or removed

  • you remain responsible for any outstanding payments

Unauthorised chargebacks may result in access removal and account suspension while the matter is investigated.

 

8) Subscriptions & Memberships (Kajabi Community)

If you purchase a subscription/membership:

  • payments recur according to the schedule shown at checkout

  • you may cancel at any time (unless your Offer states a minimum term)

  • cancellation stops future billing, but access continues until the end of the paid period

  • no refunds are provided for unused time or partial billing periods

We may change membership pricing with reasonable notice. New pricing applies from your next billing cycle.

 

9) Educational Information Disclaimer

Our Services are provided for education and informational purposes only.

We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any skincare, business, or professional information is general in nature. We do not guarantee results, outcomes, earnings, client results, or business success. Results vary based on personal effort, skill, experience, location, market conditions, and many other factors.

 

11) Intellectual Property & Licence

All Content is owned by Next Level Therapist and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

When you purchase an Offer, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access the Content for your own use only.

You must not:

  • share, reproduce, copy, or distribute Content

  • share your login with others

  • republish Content online or offline

  • record or redistribute live sessions without written permission

We may suspend or terminate access if these rules are breached.

 

12) Community Guidelines

If you participate in our Community, you agree to:

  • be respectful, supportive, and professional

  • avoid harassment, bullying, discrimination, or hate speech

  • keep client information anonymous and confidential

  • not provide medical advice or unsafe treatment instruction

  • not spam, sell, or self-promote without admin approval

We may remove posts or suspend members to protect the Community.

 

13) Third-Party Links & Tools

We may recommend third-party tools, products, or resources. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or availability.

 

14) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Level Therapist is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from your use of the Services, including loss of profits, business, or reputation.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

15) Termination & Access Removal

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • you breach these Terms

  • you share login details or redistribute Content

  • you engage in unsafe, harmful, or abusive behaviour

  • payments fail or are cancelled

 

16) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on our website. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.

 

17) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in Queensland courts/tribunals where applicable.
